Menopause Bootcamp founder Dr. Suzanne has over 20 years of experience working as an OBGYN and women’s health expert.

She is known for her integrative approach, mixing conventional medicine and scientific research with ancient healing methodologies, such as Ayurveda.

Meet Greg Reid

Greg has dedicated almost 4 decades of his life to researching, understanding, and building bodies.

A former IFBB Pro, he’s also spent decades studying a diverse array of healing modalities, such as Chinese Medicine, yoga & meditation, and physical therapy. His 360 approach to training and building bodies focuses on the whole body-mind-spirit connection for optimal wellness and aging.
